Nothing is shipped
VedicSense sells no physical goods. Every paid service is digital and is delivered online, to the account you bought it with. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery address to give, and no country we cannot deliver to.
How and when a paid plan is delivered
A paid API plan is delivered by switching it on for your account, within 2 working days of a confirmed payment. You get an email at your account's address when it is active, and the developer console shows the plan, its limits and the units left in the month.
If your plan is not active 2 working days after you paid, write to [email protected]. You can then have it switched on at once or have the payment refunded in full, as the Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out.
Exchanges and changing plan
Because a plan is digital and is used as soon as it is active, it cannot be returned or exchanged like goods. What you can do is move to a different plan: write to [email protected] or choose the plan in the developer console. A move to a larger plan can start at once, and only the difference in price for the rest of that month is charged; a move to a smaller plan starts on the first day of the next month.
Products from other stores
A product shown beside a result, such as a book or a gemstone, is sold, shipped and exchanged by the store it links to, under that store's own shipping and exchange policy. VedicSense does not take the order or the payment for it.
