Read this before relying on anything here
VedicSense computes charts and calendars from astronomical positions using the rules of Jyotish, the Indian astrological tradition, and of the other systems the site names. Whether those rules describe anything about a person's life is a matter of belief, not of established science, and this site does not claim otherwise.
Not advice of any kind
Nothing on this site is, or substitutes for, advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, psychologist or any other qualified professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment, medication, investment, contract, travel or relationship on the basis of anything computed or written here. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, see a qualified practitioner.
No prediction, no guarantee
A dasha period, a transit, a dosha, a muhurat or a compatibility score is a classification under a traditional rule. It is not a forecast of any event and it does not guarantee any outcome, favourable or otherwise. Where the site describes what a tradition associates with a placement, that is a description of the tradition, not a statement about you.
The Prediction sections of a kundli or a match report put the tradition's readings into everyday words. Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation, not a science. These readings describe tendencies the tradition links with a chart, and they are often not right for a given life. They are not advice on health, money, law or relationships and must not be the basis of an important decision, such as whether to marry. Free will, effort and circumstances shape a life. For a real decision, talk to the people involved and to a qualified professional.
No cure claims
Nothing on this site presents any remedy, ritual, gemstone, mantra, talisman or object as able to cure, prevent, diagnose or mitigate any disease or condition. Nothing here should be read as such a claim, and no such claim is made, in keeping with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954.
Accuracy of calculations
The astronomy is computed from a published planetary ephemeris and the conventions are stated on the About page. A result is still only as good as the birth time and place entered, and other sites and astrologers using other conventions will differ. The site is provided for information and reference only, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.
