Agreement
These terms govern your use of vedicsense.in and every page and calculator on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The site is operated by Vyora Online LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership, whose details are at the end of this page.
What the site is
VedicSense computes Jyotish charts, panchang, dasha, transits, muhurat and numerology values from the date, time and place you supply, using the conventions stated on the About page. It is a calculation tool and a reference library. It is not a consultation, and no astrologer reviews your chart.
Every calculator is free and needs no account. We may add, change or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.
What you agree to
- To use the site for personal, non-commercial reference only.
- Not to send automated traffic that degrades the service, scrape the site at volume, or attempt to reach any part of the server other than the pages it publishes.
- Not to reproduce the site's text, structure or design as your own.
- Computed results for your own chart are yours to keep and share.
- Not to enter another person's birth details without their permission where that person could be identified.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts, or using temporary email addresses, can lead to a permanent ban from VedicSense.
- To sign in with a mobile number only if it is your own, and not to ask for codes to numbers that are not yours.
Accuracy
The astronomy behind the charts is computed from a published planetary ephemeris and the site states its ayanamsha, house system and every other convention it uses. Even so, a chart is only as accurate as the birth time and place entered, and different traditions use different conventions that give different results. We do not warrant that any output is correct for your purpose, and we correct errors when they are reported.
No advice, no guarantee
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice, and nothing on it predicts or guarantees any event. The full statement is in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Decisions about health, money, marriage, travel or anything else are yours, and you make them at your own judgement.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent Indian law allows, Vyora Online LLP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on anything computed or written on it, including loss caused by an error in a calculation, by the site being unavailable, or by a decision you take on the strength of a result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law of India.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and structure of the site belong to Vyora Online LLP. The Sanskrit terms, classical rules and astronomical constants the site uses are common heritage and belong to no one. The third-party data sources the site is built on are credited on the About page under their own licences.
Privacy
How the site handles what you enter is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Vyora Online LLP. A consumer's right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 is not affected.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always at this address with its effective date at the top; continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.

A grievance about personal data or about anything on the site is acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as required by the Information Technology Rules 2021 and within the period allowed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025.
